You get the max from your' grills surface area & there is NO BETTER WAY to cook meat then by defying gravity!!! If you've made it this far & are considering this, just buy it - you will be happy you did! Just make sure you use a little common sense when sliding legs on here - a little balance, some wieght compensation & you're good as gold! Kool Stuff for my Kamado Kooker!!! This review is from: Mr. Bar-B-Q EZ Legs and Wings Rack (Kitchen) i've had 2 of these now going on 5+ years i just bought 2 more. i absolutely love this product and friends and family love it too. Chicken drumsticks get fully cooked and drumsticks look golden brown with crispy skin. personal tip i put dried rosemary twigs in the center to give the chicken a nice smokie look and taste.
