I bought it thinking I can make churrasco, but I've since made chicken tikka, Middle Eastern lamb kabobs and more. Everything so far has come out very tender and moist, and best of all, the cleanup is a breeze--no splatter at all! Anticipating that I'd probably need more than the 5 skewers provided, I ordered an extra set of 4 when placing my original order. Turned out it was a smart move on my part, very proud of myself! When it arrived and I set it up, truly my eyes were bigger than my stomach.This product comes with 5 skewers, a basket accessory and a double prong skewer along with the stove-top apparatus; but to be honest, I've only used the 5 skewers and even that is too much food. I started by grilling 3 skewers of meat and 2 with vegetables. But of late, I find myself grilling 2 skewers of vegetables au natural with just salt and pepper and one skewer of meat and I find myself satisfied.
