 Good except for the finish, This review is from: Outset QB10 Rosewood and Stainless Steel Spatula with Serrated Edge and steam vent (Lawn & Patio) The weight and feel of this is great. I've had one of these for a few of years as part of a set. My only issue is the urethane finish that they use, which breaks down over the first year and flakes off, and it looks pretty bad after that.After the second year I just sanded down the remaining finish and refinished with Tung oil, which brought back most of the color, and holds up much better than the original finish.  finish peeled off handle, This review is from: Outset QB10 Rosewood and Stainless Steel Spatula with Serrated Edge and steam vent (Lawn & Patio) In just a couple of weeks of normal use, the heat from the grill plus washing it in the sink caused the finish to come off of the lower one third of the handle.
